Shipping

We offer free Shipping in Canada. International order shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with Canada Post. 

We also give you the option to pay shipping up front for international orders, but you will be responsible to pay any duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. If you choose this option and refuse your package, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

In Canada, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If it is past 14 days of delivery unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, contact support at shop@elisegoodhoofd.com and we will assist you with your return. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. If the product arrives in the condition as stated above, the cost of return shipping will be included with the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
