Will you be restocking sold out items?

This collection and designs are a limited edition run. We will consider adding a second run to these designs in 2021 pending popularity. This is our first collection and we’re super excited to see how these sell, so if you love – please share!

Can I add something custom?

Unfortunately all of the sweatshirts and sweatpants are already made. We are looking at adding customizable elements to designs in 2021. Come back! 

Who designed and created the clothing?

Elise Goodhoofd designed and hand painted each sweatshirt and sweatpant. She wanted to create colourful, fun apparel that has unique and original designs. You’ll keep finding surprise elements to your garment as you wear it! Keep your eyes peeled.

What is Tri-Tech fabric?

It’s literally the best most comfy. It’s made of 3 layers. The Exterior fabric face is pill resistant made of 100% Premium combed ring spun cotton. The additional middle layer of shrink resisted 100% heavy duty polyester. The side that touches your skin is an extra comfy high cotton poly blend.

How do I wash my sweatshirt or sweatpants?

Remember, you’re basically wearing art, so be kind to your gear. We recommend washing by hand in cold water and hanging to dry. If you are going to wash in a machine, wash in cold water on the gentle cycle and make sure it is inside out to protect the artwork. 

What is your return policy?

In Canada, we accept returns within 14 days of product arrival. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, past 14 days.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product you should contact support at shop@elisegoodhoofd.com and we will assist you with your return. We do not pay up front for return shipping but will credit you when the returned item arrives in good condition.

When will I get my order?

In Canada, please allow 1-2 weeks delivery as each piece is specially packed for you in our studio. We’re doing the best that we can given the current pandemic situation! There is no guaranteed arrival for international orders as the package could be held up at customs. Patience! We offer free Shipping in Canada. All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Shipping for international orders is not free.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, but we do not pay for shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. You will be responsible to pay any duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. If you refuse your package, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Average delivery time for international shipping generally takes 3-4 weeks.
